SHIPPING

Delivery costs and time

Delivery costs and time will vary depending on the country you are from and the product you ordered.

Zone 1 : France and Monaco
Zone 2 : Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom
Zone 3 : Rest of the World

SMALL OBJECTS : LETTER
For thin orders (jewellery, books, stationary, for example) the shipping will be done with a tracked letter.

The estimated shipping time delivery is : 2 to 3 working days (France) and usually 2 to 4 weeks for International shipping (Zone 2 & 3). However, it can take up to 8 weeks in some rarer cases.

 

BIGGER OBJECTS : PACKAGE

For bigger orders (gems, clothes, sets, for example) the shipping will be done with a tracked parcel.

The estimated shipping time delivery is : 2 to 3 working days (Zone 1), 2 to 5 working days (Zone 2), and 6 to 12 working days (Zone 3).

The tracking service will fully work for : France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Korea, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, USA, Finland, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Indonesia, Ireland, Iceland, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Norway, New Zealand, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand. For the other countries, the tracking will stop at the borders.

 

The shipping costs will be automatically calculated depending on your cart.


Once the order has been paid, you will receive a first email confirming your order. Then, as soon as the letter is sent, a second with your tracking number.

You will be able to follow your order from the Atelier via www.laposte.fr/particulier/outils/suivre-vos-envois upon receipt of this second e-mail.

 

 

RETURNS


30-day return policy

After receiving your item, you have 30 days to request a return:

  1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging).
  2. To start a return, contact me at marie@atelierpersephone.com, giving your order number in the title or message. Replies can take up to 72 hours.
  3. If your return is accepted, package fees are at your own charge. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Marie CHARRIER, 8 chemin des ruches, 37230 St-Etienne-de-Chigny, France.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right 🌞

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Furthermore, returns on sale items or gift cards aren't accepted.


European Union 14 day cooling-off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or order number.

 

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, I will notify you to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund as well.

PAYMENTS

Payment methods

You have the possibility to pay by Paypal and credit card (Mastercard, American Express, Visa and ApplePay) using Paypal and Stripe. Risk-free and secure payment.
